For ten years Faigin presented on-air art reviews for KUOW, Seattle's local NPR station, followed by two years writing as guest critic for the Seattle Times. Noted for his incisive and open-minded writing, Faigin's critical reviews discuss a broad range of artworks, including video, installation, and sculpture, as well as all manner of painting and drawing. Faigin joins a long list of artist/critics who have applied insights gained in their studios to their response and analysis of the works of their fellow practitioners.
